Forest Grove UMC is proud to announce a partnership with Growing Baby., USA, a non-profit program that provides free clothing, shoes, and toys to support the needx of growing babies with no financial restrictions. This program is located in Room 7A at Forest Grove UMC. It is open Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, or by appointment. We are currently looking for volunteers to help sort clothing and other donations before they are offered to families. Growing Baby Volunteer Orientation, Monday, June 29th at 10:00 AM
Please join us for a volunteer orientation on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Forest Grove United Methodist Church. We will have bagels and berries to start off the day.
During the orientation, we will go over the sorting process and volunteer schedule, the layout of the sorting area, and general program information. Ashlee Carter, Director of Growing Baby USA, will also be available to answer any questions you may have.

What is Growing Baby USA?
Growing Baby USA is a local nonprofit that assists families in need. We provide clothing, toys, shoes, blankets, and more for children newborn to teen. We gladly take donations of children clothing and items as well as financial gifts to help out as many local families as possible. Families can apply for our program through our application on our Facebook page or message directly through the Growing Baby Facebook page.
We take clothing donations for youth sizes now as well and had a huge need for youth clothing.
The Forest Grove United Methodist Church is intentionally becoming more engaged in this program that is using space in the church. We are in need of totes with lids. You can donate them either at either the Forest Grove or Hillsboro church offices.
