Coffee and Conversation – every Thursday at 9:00 AM at FGUMC
This is a small group led by Pastor Rhett that includes a brief devotional, great conversation, and hot coffee. The group meets every Thursday from 9-10 AM at Forest Grove UMC. All are invited and encouraged to bring friends.
Festival of the Animals – Saturday, October 10 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at FGUMC
Come join us for a special day with your pets! Many activities are planned including: Blessing of the Animals, treats, games and vendors!
Roof and Gutter Replacement Work at FGUMC – August 3 to September 11
Forest Grove UMC will be having their roof replaced. Construction will start on August 3 and should be finished by September 11. Below is the anticipated work schedule:
ROOF REPLACEMENT
- 8/03 – 8/17 Roof replacement work on part of Education Wing, Office, Fellowship Hall
- 8/23 – 9/11 Roof replacement work on Sanctuary, Steeple, Spire
GUTTER REPLACEMENT
- 8/10 – 9/04 Gutter replacement – begin with Education Wing first
Growing Baby, USA – Tuesday and Thursday at 1-3 PM at FGUMC
Forest Grove UMC is proud to announce a partnership with Growing Baby., USA, a non-profit program that provides free clothing, shoes, and toys to support the needx of growing babies with no financial restrictions. This program is located in Room 7A at Forest Grove UMC. It is open Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, or by appointment. We are currently looking for volunteers to help sort clothing and other donations before they are offered to families.
